Easy customization in 5 steps

Fitting is straightforward: Boil water, let it stand for 30 seconds, then immerse the mouthguard for 70 seconds (adults) or 30 seconds (teenagers). Then quickly place it over your upper teeth, bite gently, and suck out any excess water. After 30 seconds, cool it under cold water – your customized protection is ready.
